Who is SURGE for?

Anyone over the age of 18 is welcome to train with SURGE. Our doors are open to people of all ages, body shapes and abilities.

I'm out of shape and have no experience, is this for me?

Everybody has a starting point. You don't have to be fit to start training with us, it's our job to get you there!

I have a medical / injury issue, can I still train at SURGE?

All our coaches are trained to substitute exercises and tailor workouts based on your specific issues, imbalances and abilities. However, we recommend that you check with your doctor or physio before your first visit on whther your specific ailment or injury that may affect your ability to train.

Can I train at SURGE if I am / recently been pregnant?

We have trained with many women both pre and post natal. However, we do ask that you obtain clearance from your doctor before you start your training with SURGE.

Can I come to SURGE and train on my own?

No - our private training facility is by appointment only and each client will have to be accompanied by a SURGE trainer.

How much does your training program cost?

Our programs vary in prices depending on your goals and needs. We invite you to book a free consultation with us to better assess your situation where we can make appropriate recommendations.

Do you offer a free trial?

No - We do however offer a free consultation for you to see if SURGE is the right fit for you.

Do you offer group classes?

We offer bootcamp classes where the attention to detail, workout format, and structure mimics that of our personal training service. Bootcamp classes are available only at our Dempsey facility.
