Unlike commercial gyms, we do not offer open memberships at SURGE. We are an exclusive personal training-only gym with a singular focus of helping each and every client achieve outstanding results long term. Thus we limit the number of clients at any given time to ensure a highly personalized service is delivered for everyone who walks through our door.

Everybody has a starting point. You don't have to be fit to start training with us, it's our job to get you there!
All our coaches are trained to substitute exercises and tailor workouts based on your specific issues, imbalances and abilities. However, we recommend that you check with your doctor or physio before your first visit on whther your specific ailment or injury that may affect your ability to train.
We have trained with many women both pre and post natal. However, we do ask that you obtain clearance from your doctor before you start your training with SURGE.
No - our private training facility is by appointment only and each client will have to be accompanied by a SURGE trainer.
Our programs vary in prices depending on your goals and needs. We invite you to book a free consultation with us to better assess your situation where we can make appropriate recommendations.
No - We do however offer a free consultation for you to see if SURGE is the right fit for you.
We offer bootcamp classes where the attention to detail, workout format, and structure mimics that of our personal training service. Bootcamp classes are available only at our Dempsey facility.
